The story

Ivo Duboković is an economist and a marketing lecturer as well as a winemaker. Tastings take place by candlelight in the family’s underground cellar in Jelsa.

He is known for keeping Hvar’s rarer grapes in the bottle. Moja B is a bogdanuša and Moja M a maraština; Laganini is made from darnekuša (drnekuša). The reds include Medvid, Medvjedica and 2718 Hours of Sun, and there are two dessert wines, First Kiss (Prvi poljubac) and Don Petar.

Duboković is a member of Grand Cro, an association of Croatian winemakers, and also makes flavoured olive oils, which he pours alongside the wines.
