The ground floor holds a fully equipped wooden kitchen with gas stove, a dining area for eight, a bar with two stools and a cosy living room with fireplace, which keeps the house appealing even in the quieter off-season. Large glass doors in every room frame spectacular sea views, whether you are lounging in bed or sipping coffee on the sofa.

The real highlight is outside: an infinity pool with sun loungers, a stone bar with high stools and sweeping views of the Pakleni islands, plus a covered stone lounge for shade and a big wooden dining table with benches for long lazy meals. Private parking takes more than five vehicles, a rare luxury in Hvar; if you arrive by catamaran, count on a short taxi transfer of about €30 one way. The centre is 20 minutes on foot or 3 by car, and our pre-stocking service can have everything ready when you walk through the door.
