The outdoor space is the villa’s trump card: a lush garden, a stunning 35 m2 heated infinity pool, a covered lounge corner and a shaded dining area with a large stone barbecue. The outdoor table seats eight for long summer meals under the open sky.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass doors run the full length of the living room, flooding the house with light and framing million-dollar sea views. The ground floor pairs light beige leather sofas with dining for six and an open kitchen with a breakfast bar. Four bedrooms in total: three with king-size beds and a twin room on the ground floor, two of them ensuite plus a third shared bathroom.
