The service
hvar.com is a local guide and booking hub for the island of Hvar operated by KD Capital Ltd., EU VAT number 205391327, with head office at Ul. L. Karavelov 2, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. We publish guides, list accommodation and forward booking inquiries.
Bookings and partner links
Prices and availability shown from partner systems (Stay22, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and others) belong to those partners; the contract for such bookings is between you and the property or the booking platform. For villa and concierge inquiries sent through our forms, the terms are agreed directly with the Operator before any payment.
Accuracy of information
We verify timetables, ratings and facts carefully, but ferry schedules, prices and opening hours change. Always confirm critical details with the operator before travelling. Google ratings shown on the site refresh automatically and belong to Google and its users.
Content and photos
Text and original photography are owned by the Operator. Some images are served from partners (Google Maps photos with attribution, Wikimedia Commons under the stated licences). You may not scrape or republish the content without permission.
Liability
We are liable for the services we sell directly, under applicable EU consumer law. We are not liable for services purchased from third parties through partner links.
Governing law
The law of the Operator’s seat applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are settled before the competent court at the Operator’s seat.
