The top of the house holds a generous bedroom with a large TV, work area and a big bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The real showpiece, though, is the rooftop terrace: a luxurious lounge set with views over Palmižana and the surrounding islands, made for sunsets over the sea and the town rooftops.

Below the living area, one bedroom with two single beds opens directly onto a terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers. Two steps away are a second living room with a large TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room. Another bedroom with two single beds, ensuite bathroom and Juliet balcony sits just above the ground floor.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across different levels, everyone can retreat to their own corner even when the house is full. In the yard there is also an annex: a small separate house with a twin bedroom and its own bathroom, bringing total capacity to 10 guests.

Check-in 16:00, check-out 11:00. In high season bookings run Saturday to Saturday in full week increments. Advance payment 30% at booking, balance 70% due 60 days before check-in. Security deposit €1000, paid on arrival. Sojourn tax included. No pets, no smoking, no parties.
