Soline
Beach zone east of Vrboska with pebble coves and a naturist stretch.
Soline is the main beach of Vrboska, at the start of the Glavica peninsula: a bay of gravel, pebbles and flat rocks with sandy patches, an aqua park and pedalo rental in season, plus access for visitors with disabilities.
From Vrboska cross the little bridge and walk along the waterfront past the Senses Resort; there is also extensive parking by the beach. A maintained woodland path continues across the pine covered peninsula, whose south side has flat rocks and shingle coves.
A restaurant and a cafe work at the beach, and families with young children are the core crowd. The peninsula ends at a naturist camp, and the flat stones on the south side are a good sunset spot.
Beach vitals
Faces north, so it stays glassy in the jugo and picks up chop when the bura blows from the north east.
