Forkira is where centuries of history meet refined modern design. Set in a 13th-century stone house in the very heart of Hvar Town, in the first street off the main square, it finished its first successful season in summer 2025. Unlike much of Hvar, where stairs are a challenge, Forkira is reached over just 2 or 3 shallow steps, with the town’s best wine bars and gourmet restaurants all around.

Five luxurious studio apartments spread over two levels, linked by an elegant interior staircase: a perfect setup for up to 10 friends or family travelling together, with a sofa bed in Apartment 5 for two extra guests. Interiors work with natural textures and earthy tones, microcement floors, warm lighting and cotton satin bedding under linen covers.

The service is closer to a boutique hotel than a rental: daily housekeeping, 24/7 concierge, and breakfast served every morning from 7 to 11 in a charming garden just across the street. All cleaning products are 100% natural and eco-friendly, leaving the rooms scented with lavender and sage.

You can book the entire villa or individual apartments, and a dedicated local team looks after every detail so you can simply enjoy Hvar, stress-free.
