This is one of the largest houses in the town of Hvar, and one of very few with a truly big private garden. You get complete privacy and exclusivity, yet the main square with its cathedral, the famous City Lodge and the old harbour are only a short walk away. Spacious dining and grill areas make it a natural stage for private gatherings.

The house is divided into three levels connected by external stairs. The top floor holds a bright living room with panoramic view, kitchen and dining area, plus a spacious twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to a terrace with outdoor dining. The level below brings a large master bedroom with its own bathroom, a bedroom with three single beds, another bathroom and a small kitchen.

The konoba at the lowest level, originally built in the 14th century, adds two more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a new small kitchen for four more guests. A separate annex houses the washer and dryer.

The undisputed highlight is the wonderful yard: in full bloom it is pure aromatherapy. With no TVs or screens and greenery all around, this house delivers the genuine spirit of the Mediterranean and the unique vibe of Hvar.

Check-in 16:00, check-out 10:00. Advance payment 30% at booking, balance 70% due 8 weeks before check-in. Security deposit €1000, paid on arrival. Sojourn tax included. No pets, no smoking, no parties; quiet hours 11 PM to 8 AM.
