What makes this house truly special is its rooftop garden: a small pool with sea views, surrounded by jasmine, blooming oleanders and bougainvillea, with fresh notes of lemon, mandarin and kumquat from the fruit trees. A spacious lounge set, outdoor dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower, four sunbeds and an extra seating corner will tempt you to spend most of your day up here.

The interior is modern and minimalist, with plenty of room for your belongings and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The entrance level greets you with refreshments, water and fruit, and holds a twin bedroom, separate bathroom and washing machine.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another double bedroom with TV and its own bathroom at the end of the hallway. The third level is one open space: living room, kitchen and dining area opening onto the magical terrace. Above the living area, a gallery with a double bed looks straight out to the sea and the horizon. All rooms are air-conditioned.

For extra space, an annex in the same courtyard (a room with two single beds and bathroom, separate entrance) can be booked on request for an additional charge.

Check-in 16:00, check-out 10:00. Advance payment 30% at booking, balance 70% due 30 days before check-in. Security deposit €500, paid on arrival. Sojourn tax included. Pets on request. No smoking, no parties; quiet hours 11 PM to 8 AM.
