How do you get to Perna: on foot, by car or by boat?
It is a short drive from Sucuraj and also reachable by boat; the village has shops and restaurants, while the beach itself is undeveloped. What is the seabed like and how is the entry into the sea?
Perna is a sand and pebble cove surrounded by thick pine forest near Sucuraj, at the far eastern end of Hvar, with a second small beach, Perna East, about 200 m away. It suits couples and families who want a calm swimming bay.

Is there a restaurant or bar at Perna?
No, Google Maps shows no restaurant or bar within a few hundred metres of the beach, so bring your own water and snacks for the day.
What should we bring to Perna?
Pack water shoes for the pebbles, water and snacks, there are no bars at the beach, an umbrella or a hat, natural shade is not guaranteed, sun cream and a towel.
Can we arrive by taxi boat?
