Villa Vinea Privata

Villa Vinea is privacy, refined design and a million-dollar view over the Adriatic rolled into one. It stands on the sun-drenched southern side of Hvar, in the village of Sveta Nedjelja, fully oriented towards the sea and with no neighbours on either side. The estate covers 2,627 m2 of private land, with 350 m2 of interior spread across three levels.

Designed by Studio 25.4mm and winner of the BIG SEE Award 2025, the villa pairs natural materials and soft neutral tones with impeccable detailing. The complete interior was curated by Nina Miletić of Nikàrt, winner of the German Design Award for Excellent Product Design 2026, and her award-winning THE SEIDO desk features inside the house.

Four spacious ensuite bedrooms comfortably host eight guests, with two more possible on a quality sofa bed. The lower level hides a wine cellar stocked with Croatian and international labels alongside selections from local Hvar wineries. The middle level is an elegant open-plan living space with dining for eight and a state-of-the-art kitchen, opening onto terraces, a landscaped courtyard, the heated pool and an outdoor lounge. Upstairs, the master suite adds a freestanding bathtub for a true spa feeling.

A sandy-pebble beach lies just 200 metres away, and a newly built road (expected by 15 June 2026) will cut the drive to Hvar Town to 15 or 20 minutes. The name comes from the private vineyard on the estate: three years after your stay you will receive a package of wine from Sveta Nedjelja, organic honey and lavender, a small "beautiful memory from Hvar". Private parking for four cars, and our pre-stocking service can fill the fridge before you arrive.

Check-in 17:00, check-out 11:00. Advance payment 30% upon reservation, balance 70% due 60 days before check-in. Security deposit €1000, paid on arrival. Sojourn tax included. Pets allowed on request. No smoking, no parties.
