Terra Nova is the beach and cocktail bar of the family run Hotel Skalinada, set directly above the beach in Zavala on the south side of the island.
The house special is homemade lemonade with sage and mint from their own garden; evenings are for cocktails and the open sea sunset.
On the menu: sunset cocktails and a homemade lemonade with sage and fresh mint, made with lemons picked from the hotel garden.
