A caffe bar and slastičarnica at Kroz Burak 23, built around the island’s own baking: hvarski medenjak, cviti anise cookies, smokvenjak and forski koloč, alongside tortes and coffee. The flavours are local ones, bitter orange, almond, carob, honey, olive oil, rosemary and lavender. Pastry chef Anne Marie Šurlin trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London. The shop opens for the season.
