All three boats are passenger catamarans. No cars, no motorbikes; bicycles usually travel for a small extra charge if there is room.

Note that the day-trip maths does not work in this direction: the last boat back from Milna is in the afternoon and the outbound sailings are midday and evening. Milna is an overnight, not an afternoon.

This is the route people use to string Hvar and Brač together without going back through Split, and at €15 it is cheaper than most transfers within either island.

The evening departures mean you arrive in Milna after dark in the shoulder season. There is no bus meeting the boat; arrange a taxi if you are staying inland.

If Bol is your real destination, check the Hvar to Bol catamaran first — it lands you on the right side of the island and saves the drive.
