From the Hvar town riva the catamaran has you in Split city port in about an hour, right below the old town and a short ride from the airport. It is the simplest way off the island for foot passengers, ferries with cars leave from Stari Grad instead.
In summer 2026 Jadrolinija line 641 returns from Hvar at 11:30 and 17:25 in peak season, with Krilo and TP Line adding more departures through the day. Jadrolinija tickets are €25, baggage €5 per piece.
For early flights out of Split note the first catamaran of the day: if it lands too late, a private speedboat transfer leaves whenever you need, day or night.
