The narrow road down is an adventure in itself, agaves and pines hang over the turquoise shallows, and even in August you can often have the bay almost to yourself. Bring everything you need for the day, there are no facilities.

The roadside parking strip is small and fills quickly, so many visitors come by taxi boat or rental boat from Hvar harbour instead.
