Gromin Dolac is one of the most secluded beaches on Hvar, a pebble cove on the south coast between Zavala and Gdinj. The narrow road down is an adventure in itself, agaves and pines hang over the turquoise shallows, and even in August you can often have the bay almost to yourself. Bring everything you need for the day, there are no facilities.
Parken Sie an der alten Straße von Hvar nach Stari Grad oberhalb der Bucht und gehen Sie den steilen, felsigen Fußweg hinunter, etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten auf unebenem Gelände. Der Parkstreifen am Straßenrand ist klein und schnell voll, daher kommen viele Besucher stattdessen mit dem Taxiboot oder Mietboot vom Hafen Hvar.
Die Ausstattung ist bescheiden, bringen Sie also mit, was Sie für den Tag brauchen. Das klare, geschützte Wasser ist hervorragend zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln; kommen Sie im Juli und August früh, um sich einen Platz zu sichern.

Liegt zum offenen Süden, daher ruhig bei Bura aus dem Norden und kabbelig, wenn der Jugo aus Südosten weht. Sonne fast den ganzen Tag, Schatten nur dort, wo Pinien oder die Klippe das Wasser erreichen.

Park along the old Hvar to Stari Grad road above the bay and walk down the steep, rocky footpath, about 10 to 15 minutes on uneven ground. The roadside parking strip is small and fills quickly, so many visitors come by taxi boat or rental boat from Hvar harbour instead.
