A remote pebble cove below the tiny hamlet of Gromin Dolac, on the wild south coast towards Gdinj.
Gromin Dolac is one of the most secluded beaches on Hvar, a pebble cove on the south coast between Zavala and Gdinj. The narrow road down is an adventure in itself, agaves and pines hang over the turquoise shallows, and even in August you can often have the bay almost to yourself. Bring everything you need for the day, there are no facilities.
Aparca en la antigua carretera de Hvar a Stari Grad sobre la bahía y baja por el sendero empinado y rocoso, unos 10 a 15 minutos por terreno irregular. La franja de aparcamiento junto a la carretera es pequeña y se llena rápido, por lo que muchos visitantes llegan en taxi-barco o barco de alquiler desde el puerto de Hvar.
Las instalaciones son modestas, así que trae lo que necesites para el día. El agua clara y resguardada es excelente para nadar y hacer esnórquel; llega temprano en julio y agosto para asegurarte un sitio.

Park along the old Hvar to Stari Grad road above the bay and walk down the steep, rocky footpath, about 10 to 15 minutes on uneven ground. The roadside parking strip is small and fills quickly, so many visitors come by taxi boat or rental boat from Hvar harbour instead.
