Mlini is a pebble beach with flat rocks in a cove on Marinkovac in the Pakleni islands, where currents from the west keep the water exceptionally clean and clear.

Access is only by sea: taxi boats from Hvar town harbour take about 10 minutes, and a return trip costs around 9 EUR. From the drop off it is a short walk through pine forest, and a woodland path connects Mlini with Zdrilca bay on the other side of the island.

There is a small restaurant near the beach and little else, which is exactly the point: Mlini is the quieter, hidden alternative to Zdrilca and Carpe Diem, good for a slow swimming day away from the crowds.
